YOGA CLASSES IN THE SOUTH HAMS, SOUTH DEVON

* EVENING AND DAYTIME CLASSES IN;

Chillington, Dartmouth,  Brixton nr. Plymouth,  Ivybridge and Kingsbridge.

* 3 different styles of class; Ashtanga Yoga an energetic class, Hatha Yoga a moderately energetic class and a Gentle Yoga class.

* Private classes are available to individuals or groups.

* I will come to your village/town if there is a large enough group, by arrangement.

If you are coming to the South Hams on a holiday break why not include some yoga practice as part of your holiday experience .
